Create Our Own Paper

The challenge this week at Simply Stampin' Challenge is DIY DSP (to create our own paper).

I made my DIY DSP by stamping the "Netting" stamp using Crumb Cake on a piece of Naturals Ivory cardstock and then stamping over this with the stamps in the "The Open Sea" stamp set using Early Espresso, Crumb Cake and Midnight Muse (this is a favourite colour scheme).  The edges were then inked with Early Espresso.

    This is an amazing masculine card Carolyn and I LOVE the Netting stamp combined with the Open Sea set - ingenious! Love your split sentiment panels too!

    The combination of the netting stamp in the background with the Open Sea set does make the DSP look real. It is a fantastic male card.
